1. When will you have more colors in the Knotty SocTM?
Considering the vast amount of colors (even within each hue), we can't possibly stock them all. We've tried to stay with the neutrals and basic colors. However, we are always trying to please our customers. If there is a color you'd like to see the Knotty SocTM in, please take the time to send us an email at contactus@dreadhairstyles.com and attach a sample of the color for our reference. Future color additions are mostly based on customer feedback.
2. The band on my Knotty SocTM isn't tight enough?
We've tested the Knotty Soc in various diameters and found the 21" circumference works the best overall. While a tighter band may feel more secure at first, it will begin to give you a headache after a few hours. However, we have recently taken these requests into consideration and have developed an updated Knotty SocTM with an adjustable strap that you can tighten and loosen as much as you want. Both the adjustable and the non-adjustable strap are being offered in the store.
3. Will the Knotty SocTM be available in different types of fabric?
When choosing different fabrics, we have to take into account the flexibility, breathability and abrasiveness of the fabric. We've found that the 4-way stretch material works best to allow maximum flexibility of our Knotty SocTM. In the meanwhile, we are testing different fabric types. Customer feedback and suggestions are always welcome!
4. The accessories store is kind of small. What type of other accessories do you plan to offer?
We are building the store based on customer input. Please send us an email letting us know what other accessories you would like to see on Dreadhairstyles.com.
5. Are you working on more Dreadhairstyles.com eBooks?
Yes! We are currently compiling another group of "simple" styles for our 4th and 5th Volumes.
6. Will you eventually sell hair products?
Most likely no. We are not stylists and therefore hold no types of hairdressing licenses. There are so many different hair types out there that we can't possibly recommend any specific product. What works for one, may not work for the other. We may recommend a general item, but we encourage users to find products that work for their hair through the normal trial and error process.
